Humanity Heroes has announced on Friday that the philanthropic company will donate the personal protection equipment (PPE) and hygiene backpack to the homeless people of Los Angeles. According to the details released by the company, these donations are part of the Heroes Deserve Masks campaign to protect the people of Los Angeles from the deadly Covid-19 pandemic.

The company has further said that it would distribute 5,000 hygiene backpacks to homeless people in Los Angeles. The Hygiene Backpack will help to protect the people of Los Angeles by cleaning and sanitizing. The hygiene backpack will include everyday essentials as hand sanitizers, washcloths, toothbrushes, deodorant, safety razors, soap, bath towels, toothpaste and toothbrush.

Humanity Heroes is basically a non-profit philanthropic organization that is located in West Hollywood. The philanthropic organization has helped more than 60,000 homeless people of Los Angeles, since its inception. The company has also donated up to 30,000 face masks to the front line workers of Los Angeles.

Superintendent, City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Park, Belinda Jackson said, “The Department of Recreation and Parks is grateful for the generous donations of face masks and hygiene kits.  These items are such a huge need at our Skid Row parks in Downtown Los Angeles.  All of our park members at San Julian and Gladys Park had big smiles on their faces when they received the items. Thank you for thinking of those who have the most need.  You are our heroes!”

Boss and Founder of Humanity Heroes, Michael Straumeitis said, “We’re simply doing our part to make sure no community is overlooked during this unprecedented time. This pandemic does not discriminate between wealthy and poor, white-collar or blue-collar workers. Everyone is at risk, and everyone deserves to feel safe and protected.”
