Hospitalized after being in a car accident, Grayson Chrisley now needs help from medical professionals.
According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, on November 12th, the son of Todd and Julie Chrisley, then 16 years old, was driving his car on I-65N when he rear-ended another vehicle that had come to a complete stop in the traffic lane.
The police say that Grayson was unable to tell them anything about the crash, possibly due to a head injury, when they asked him what happened. The injured “Chrisley Knows Best” star was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
According to the police, the other driver was hurt in the collision but refused medical transport.
In a podcast episode titled “Chrisley Confessions” that aired on November 17th, Todd and Julie Chrisley revealed that they had seen their son Grayson get into an accident and be taken away on a stretcher.
We got a call that we had to get to him because Grayson was in a terrible car accident on the interstate,” Todd Chrisley said. I sprinted out the door, hopped in the car, and located him driving down the highway. An ambulance and medical personnel were readily available.
Todd Chrisley Had The Nurse Tell His Son, Grayson Chrisley, A Lie
Grayson Chrisley was involved in a car accident on November 19, TMZ reports. He crashed into a car that was stopped for traffic on the interstate, completely totaling his truck.
As Grayson claimed to have no recollection of the incident, TMZ speculated that he may have sustained a head injury. However, after Grayson was taken to the hospital, Todd Chrisley joked around at his expense.
Todd and Julie Chrisley, hosts of the podcast “Chrisley Confessions,” recently diverted attention from their legal troubles to discuss their son Grayson’s car accident.
According to Todd, he arrived at the scene of the collision as Grayson was being taken away in the ambulance. “Thank you, God,” Todd said to himself as he remembered seeing Grayson on the stretcher and hearing him cry.
Because he was worried that the media would speculate that his son was under the influence of drugs or alcohol when the accident occurred, Todd asked the hospital to conduct a drug and alcohol test on Grayson’s blood.
When Todd found out that Grayson’s blood alcohol level was negative, he convinced a nurse to give Grayson false information. “He jumped to his feet, exclaiming, “What?! How?” This is what Todd remembered, he said. When Grayson Chrisley saw his sister Savannah filming him, he knew his father was up to his old tricks.

Nothing but trouble for the Chrisleys lately. Todd and Julie Chrisley will soon be sentenced for tax evasion, and the news of their son Grayson’s car accident has also made headlines.
According to AP, they were found guilty of bank and tax fraud in addition to defrauding the Internal Revenue Service back in June. The Chrisleys, according to the prosecution, are responsible for over $30 million in fraudulent loan activity.
Attorney Ryan K. Buchanan stated (via Fox 5 Atlanta) that the jury “found that Todd and Julie Chrisley committed multiple fraud schemes over several years and that their accountant, Peter Tarantino, filed false corporate tax returns on their behalf.” Prosecutors are requesting a 22-year sentence for Todd and a 13-year sentence for Julie.
The Chrisleys have formally requested a reduced sentence. According to the New York Post, Todd requested nine years and requested that Julie receive probation in lieu of prison time.
