A Boston Lady Slammed Her Ex-Boyfriend With Her Car And Stabbed Him With A Knife

Woman Slammed Ex-Boyfriend Stabbed Him With Knife

After discovering that her ex-boyfriend had been cheating on her with another woman, a lady in Boston attacked him with a car and a knife last week, sending him to the intensive care unit of a hospital with significant injuries, according to the announcement made by prosecutors on Wednesday.

According to Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden, Lashonda Warner, 27, from Mattapan, was arraigned on charges including two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and fleeing the scene of an accident after causing personal injury on Tuesday in Boston Municipal Court.

Complaint To The Police

According to the Boston police, officers who responded to a complaint of a crash involving a pedestrian in the area of Manchester Street in Mattapan around 9:30 p.m. on December 23 found a 28-year-old male who was bleeding from a knife wound to the abdomen. According to the police report, a witness told them that Warner performed a three-point turn in the middle of the street and struck two other vehicles before colliding with the victim.

Woman Taken To Custody

According to the investigators who were called to the site, a trail of blood led them to a pink folding knife that was covered in blood. After some time, Warner was taken into custody after a state trooper saw her driving a damaged Honda Accord on northbound Interstate 93 near Exit 15B. Warner later testified to Boston police that she had attacked and stabbed the victim because he had informed her that he was being unfaithful, according to a statement released by the District Attorney’s Office (DA’s office).

As of Tuesday, the victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, remained in the intensive care unit of the hospital. Warner was ordered to be detained and given a bail of $5,000. He was also warned to stay away from the victim. On March 24, she is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing that is related to the upcoming trial.

Statement Released

On Interstate 93 North, close to exit 15B, the State Police claim they pulled over a car that matched the description, and when they got a closer look, they saw that there was blood on the front grille. Warner was driving the vehicle at the time of the incident, and she is accused of admitting to the police that she had attacked and stabbed the victim after he “had informed her that he was being unfaithful.”

As is the case here, the behaviours that people do when they receive unfavourable news can make an already difficult situation far more difficult for everyone concerned. “The actions of this woman have had a significant impact not only on her life but also on the life of the victim,” District Attorney Kevin Hayden of Suffolk County said in a statement.

Multiple Charges on Girlfriend

Warner was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a car and a knife), as well as leaving the scene of an accident after causing bodily injury. These charges were brought against Warner. If she is released on bail, she is required to keep away from the victim and not have any contact with them. On March 24, she is expected to appear in court for a hearing that is related to the upcoming trial.

To Conclude

According to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, a lady from Mattapan is facing many charges after she reportedly stabbed and hit her ex-boyfriend with her car. The allegations were made by the victim’s ex-boyfriend. The bond for 27-year-old Lashonda Warner has been set at $5,000.
