About Daft Punk
Daft Punk is a French electronic music duo that was formed in 1993 in the city of Paris by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter. They rose to fame in the late 1990s as an integral part of the French house movement, and they are generally considered as one of the most important bands in the history of dance music.
They achieved both critical acclaim and financial success in the years that followed by fusing aspects of house music with funk, techno, disco, indie rock, and pop music. This was done in their musical productions.

Daft Punk solo project coming out
A new year brings with it new endeavours as well as fresh (to us) faces. Thomas Bangalter, formerly of the electronic group Daft Punk, made the announcement on Tuesday that he will be releasing his new solo orchestral project, Mythologies, two years after the group separated.
According to Pitchfork, the new album reimagines the composition as a 90-minute score filled with the “large-scale traditional force of a symphony.” The album is based on the music that he composed for Angelin Preljocaj’s ballet of the same name, which the choreographer Angelin Preljocaj choreographed.
In order to make the announcement about Mythologies, Bangalter used an illustration created by Stéphane Manel to portray a face-to-face conversation. It has been over 20 years since Bangalter released his debut solo project, titled “Outrage,” which was released in 2003. The release date for Mythologies is April 7 around the globe.

How Daft Punk look like without Helmet
Due to the fact that Daft Punk have made practically all of their public appearances while dressed in their signature robot garb ever since the group’s formation in the 1990s, it is extremely uncommon to obtain photographs of either member of the group without their helmets. Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo are their true identities.
The identity of Daft Punk has never been a secret. The musicians behind the group are known as Daft Punk. In 2014, people published an article that revealed what the robot duo actually looks like without their masks on. During the same year, images taken by TMZ at Los Angeles International Airport show Bangalter and Homem-Christo on their way back to France.
