kingdom business season 2

Musical drama series The Kingdom Business was created by John Sakmar and Kerry Lenhart. This eight-part series delves into the music business from the perspectives of family, faith, love, and power. A parallel to Empire can be drawn between the show and the negative effects of rivalries for leadership and prestige.

Many of your eyes will roll out of their sockets as you watch this series and learn the shocking truth about the gospel music business. DeVon Franklin hasn’t taken the lead on many things, but this is one of them.

The show, which was scheduled for development at NBC in 2019–20, has been given the go-ahead to begin streaming all of its episodes beginning this month as part of the BET+ lineup. Keep reading to find out everything that happened!
