Alfredo Olivas has written more than 1,000 songs since the age of 9 and has put out numerous singles on independent labels. While singing “Asi is esta,” Olivas knelt down to throw his jacket to a female admirer. The woman’s boyfriend and two friends pulled out firearms and started firing 24 bullets.
Olivas and three other men were struck as they were in the VIP area in front of the stage. Olivas survived, but two of the other guys who were wounded in the incident later passed away from their wounds. Three armed males were detained. Alfredo Olivas Kidnapped & killed
Alfredo Olivas, also known as Alfredito Olivas in the media, was allegedly kidnapped on Tuesday, February 14. According to speculations, he was allegedly stopped by armed individuals in Zacatecas after leaving a concert. He would have been taken away from his freedom for a short period of time along with his work tools, and after being released, his instruments and sound gear would have been taken.
The interpreter of songs like El malo de Culiacán, In short, El vals del olvido, and Seguramente was calm at home, they did not know whether he had experienced any robbery, but they made it clear that at no time was he the victim of any kidnapping, according to Alfredito’s own team, who denied this version.
