During an exchange of gunfire with Chicago police officers early on Tuesday morning in West Pullman, located on the Far South Side, a guy was taken into custody.
According to the police, there was no one hurt in the incident, which took place at approximately 1:25 a.m. at the intersection of 129th and Peoria while cops responded to a domestic dispute in the area.
After entering the residence, a guy reportedly opened fire on the policemen, according to the police.
The officers opened fire in reply, which prompted the dispatch of a SWAT team to the location.
According to the officials, the individual was brought into custody, and a firearm was found in his possession.

A 54-year-old female victim was getting out of her car with a family member when bullets rang out nearby. The relative saw that the victim had been shot.
The guy was shot in the face and taken to Loyola Medical Center in critical condition. The detectives from Area 5 are looking into the situation, but they have not yet been able to apprehend anyone.

The 21-Year-Old Male
victim was sitting in a car when he was approached from behind by two other men. The perpetrator pulled out a gun and started shooting at the victim before running away.
The victim was shot in the left side of the chest and shoulder, but was otherwise in good condition when he was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital by CFD.
Investigators from Area 1 have not yet taken anyone into custody.

On The Afternoon Of February 28, 2023, Around 3:00 P.M., A 38-Year-Old Male
armor car guard left a building in the 8700 block of S. Lafayette Ave. The guard/victim was walking up to the armored truck when a car of a lighter color pulled up and its occupants opened fire on him, injuring him despite his bulletproof vest.
The suspects drove off without taking anything from the victim, who got into the truck and went to Roseland Hospital, where his status is currently classified as good. Investigators haven’t been able to take anyone into custody yet.
Two Male Victims, Whose Identities Have Not Been Released,
were found lifeless inside an apartment when police arrived. One of the victims was found by a friend who had gone to check on them and then called the police.
Everybody seems to have been hit in the head with a gsw. No one has been taken into custody, and the victims were pronounced dead at the spot. The detectives from Sector 2 are looking into it.

The Victim Was A 33-Year-Old Man Shot In The Right Knee.
The patient was in stable condition during transit to Stroger Hospital. After a verbal confrontation, the victim stopped his car in an alley, and the unknown assailant pulled out a revolver and shot him.
Meanwhile, investigators from Area 3 are looking into the situation but have not captured the perpetrator.
