Is There Going To Be A Movie Version Of The Third And Final Season Of Attack On Titan?

There was talk that the last season of Attack on Titan will be made into a film. That’s probably because “canon” anime films like Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and Demon Slayer Mugen Train keep doing well at the box office.

Yet, such is not the case here. Part 3 of Attack on Titan’s last season will not be a movie, but rather a one-hour special airing in the near future.

How Long Before The Final Episode Of Attack On Titan?

It appears that there are only two episodes remaining of Attack on Titan. The reason for this is that it is rapidly exhausting its supply of raw materials.

To put things in perspective, the first 16 episodes of Attack on Titan Season 4 adapted material from the manga up to and including Chapter 91. Part 2 of the final season spanned chapters 117-130 over the course of 12 episodes.

With only nine more chapters of the manga to adapt, Attack on Titan’s third and final season will have at least one hour-long episode, and possibly even longer to bring the plot full circle.

Attack On Titan’s Armin, Mikasa, Connie, And Jean

Don’t worry; we won’t be discussing any major plot points from the manga.

Secondly, it’s obvious that the war that has raged between Paradis and Marley for so long is now coming to an end. There’s a lot of mystery surrounding what happens in Part 3.

Eren has initiated the world-ending Rumbling, using the imprisoned Titans in Paradis as his personal army.

Eren’s goal in killing everyone off-island is to break the vicious cycle of retaliation that keeps coming back to the “devils” of Paradis, he reasons, and allow his companions to enjoy their lives in peace.

The combined forces of Paradis and Marley are what stand in the way of Eren. Eren’s’sister’ Mikasa, his old comrades from the Survey Corps, and the few remaining major troops of Marley make up this group.

Before the final fight, though, there are a few unknown factors to consider. Floch is the most prominent example. Gabi shot the devoted lieutenant of Eren, but his subsequent fall into the sea didn’t appear to be lethal. He’ll probably have a big part in the finale.

It’s likely that Zeke is still in the game, too. After Eren’s actions in Part 2, Zeke has been trapped in the Coordinate, yet he is the one to help you out of a time paradox. Both Levi and Hange had been seen recently conspiring with the Cart Titan.

Jaegerists, or supporters, may likewise have their loyalty shattered by Eren’s global onslaught. The outcome of the conflict may depend on whether they side with Eren or against him.

In the end, Eren will have to face Mikasa in a showdown to determine the fate of Earth. The world may hinge on whether or not she can convince him to abandon his aggressive stance.
