Verne Jay Troyer, the son of Susan Troyer, a factory worker, and Reuben Troyer, a repairman, was born in Sturgis, Michigan, on January 1, 1969. His siblings were Davon and Deborah. Us Weekly can confirm that six months after Verne Troyer’s passing, his death was determined to be a suicide. He died as a result of alcohol-related complications, according to the Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.
