Verne Jay Troyer, the son of Susan Troyer, a factory worker, and Reuben Troyer, a repairman, was born in Sturgis, Michigan, on January 1, 1969. His siblings were Davon and Deborah. He mentioned his parents “never treated me any differently from my other brother of similar size. I once had to haul wood and provide food for the pigs, cows, and other farm animals.”
Troyer was raised Amish initially, but his parents converted to Christianity before he was very little. At Centreville, Michigan, Troyer frequently visited his Amish ancestors as a child. He graduated from Centreville High School in 1987, and in 2003, a plaque honouring him was placed there.

Verne Troyer cause of death
Us Weekly can confirm that six months after Verne Troyer’s passing, his death was determined to be a suicide. He died as a result of alcohol-related complications, according to the Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.
Early in April 2018, the Austin Powers star was admitted to the hospital. According to TMZ, the actor’s friends stated that Troyer was “very agitated, inebriated, and suicidal” when they phoned the police. At the age of 49, he passed away three weeks later.
