- Your surgeon’s office will serve as your sole point of contact with the Surgery Center prior to the scheduled surgery date.
- To reach the surgery center, please dial (315) 329-2500 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- If you need to stay the night because of surgery, you will have a nice, private room with TV, phone, and DVD player.
- Guests are welcome anytime between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Without your consent, we cannot discuss your medical condition with anyone who calls.

From I-81 take Route 481E to the Fayetteville/Manlius Exit (3E).
East Genesee Street (Route 5) should be taken. Keep going straight to stay on Route 5 (East Genesee Street) and head toward Fayetteville Village.
Take a left onto North Burdick Street at the light and you’ll soon reach the brand-spanking-new Towne Center (on left).
You’ll reach a traffic light after driving past a row of car lots on your left. To reach Northeast Medical Center, turn left onto Medical Center Drive.
Traveling south from East Syracuse on Manlus Center Road, turn north onto North Burdick Street. Proceed to traffic light after passing Erie Village on the left.
Proceed straight to stay on North Burdick Street. Northeast Medical Center can be reached by turning right onto Medical Center Drive at the next light.
Directions: Take Route 5 west from the Fayetteville Eastside through the center of Fayetteville.
Turn right onto North Burdick Street at the light. Move on past the Fayeteville Mall and the used car lots. From the intersection, head left onto Medical Cetner Drive toward Northeast Medical Center.
Follow signs to the Urgent Care/Surgery Center from the first stoplight on Medical Center Drive. Park in the open lot. You can get into the lobby by using the main entrance. The elevators are on the right. The reception area is on the second floor.
