At 3:15 a.m. on May 26, police in Indianapolis were called to the 3200 block of Laurel Street, close to where Shelby Street and East Troy Avenue meet, in response to a complaint of a shooting.
Within the house, police found a woman who had been shot. Her death was ruled immediate by medical personnel.
